Holiday Inn St. Paul - I94 East - 3M Area - St. Paul

When I got to my room it was dirty the hotel had not checked and/or cleaned that room which I was placed in. Over all if that would not have occurred I was very happy

The service and restaurant was good. The rooms were clean, but a little out dated. Overall had no problems.

The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was very polite and professional. Nice gym, and wonderful pool. There not much around with-in walking distance. The hotel was 2 miles from my friend's house and easy to get picked up. A small convience store inside the hotel would be nice. Great place to stay at. My Marine Corps buddy and I shared the […] room and had 2 beds. My other friend and his girlfriend got a suite and it was an amazing room! Lisätietoja

This hotel was really nce. The only thing I saw was that the carpeting in the hallways could be cleaned, but the rooms were very nice. Also, didn't have a luggage rack in the room, which would have helped, so I used the side table in the room.

I'm a slow learner. The last time we stayed here we went down for breakfast and, I swear, they must have had one employee seating customers, taking orders, cooking, busing tables, and doing dishes! Because after waiting 10 minutes without seeing any employee we gave up and left. This time was about the same. I had a voucher for a free breakfast buffett […] which had a few pieces of bacon, some soggy potatoes and no eggs. I had to ask 3 times when they were bringing out more eggs. I'd probably try another hotel next time - nothing extra special about this hotel - meal in restaurant was average - server was very nice! Air conditioner way too loud!!!

Gave us one-bed room instead of two that was reserved. Wi-fi didn't work. TV in room so old could play game system on it. Restaurant wouldn't allow us to use coupon given by front desk for our troubles.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff was very professional and very sweet. I would tell other people to stay at this hotel for sure.

Great experience, but don't eat at the Japanese place in the lobby. Old food.

Chose this hotel for nearby relatives. Booked two non-smoking rooms. Both were very clean, however one room smelled a little of smoke. Since we were going to be out of the hotel for a wedding within an hour, we asked for the room to be aired out. They did so while we were gone and the room was fine. Wished they included breakfast although we were told […] there was a breakfast buffet in one of the restaurants as we were leaving, but had already decided on Denny's one exit east. This hotel is close to St. Paul without being in downtown. The neighborhood isn't the greatest/safest, but the hotel seemed secure and well maintained. Even though our room was on the "executive level" there was nothing special about it and the "hospitality suite" on that level has extremely limited hours and was never open while we were there. The […] sofa in our room was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on, but the comfort of the bed more than made up for it. The bathroom was adequate, but to get into the tub/shower you had to step up awkwardly, as the interior of the tub was well above the level of the floor. Hotel is very out of the way and not near anything. The resturant closes at 11.00 am so if you arrive late make sure and eat before you get there. They tell yolu breakfast starts at 6.30 am but I had to wait in the resturant for the sole lady to serve me and take my order. She informed me they don't open the resturant until 7.00 am. If you are visiting 3M, this is a good spot to stay. Really close to the 3M campus. Hotel is nice, restaurant is - well - what you would expect in the middle of nowhere in Minnesota. No offence, but at least you don't have to go hungry!

This hotel was just fine. We stayed overnight because we were attending a wedding reception there that night. It was perfectly fine for our purposes, and appropriately priced.

this hotel was a great hotel for my parents and i for our first night in st. paul. MN. it was in great condition and the employees in the lobby were nice. the only thing that i didn't like was that there wasn't much anemities. other than that, they really did a good job in keeping the hotel clean for their customers.

Very nice hotel...Would definately stay there again, very friendly staff and located close to our event downtown, within 15 minutes.

Great room for the money. They even threw in some snow for us AZ people!

This hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are beautiful and spotless. WI-FI worked without a hitch. There was no microwave in the room, but they did have a coffee maker.
