"Good stay despite of the rocky beginning"
Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 25, 2013I'm very happy that the hotel is in a safe area as when I checked in and was given the key once I opened my room's door there was already another customer there! (He was not naked) I was quickly, naturally, assigned another room and the we were both apologised. But I was not compensated in anyway for this really bizarre mistake that was made. Anyhow, I enjoyed my 10-day-stay. It was my second time already and I'll most likely will return as I love how clean the rooms are kept, the Greek tavern next door, and the possibility to go skating at the Lombard Roller Rink locally.

Punaisen linjan pysäkki yhden korttelin päässä. Juna kulki melko lähellä hotellia, mutta ei häirinnyt ainakaan omia yöuniani.

The hotel is getting a bit dated and bathrooms will need an update. Great location close to the airport, but would not have expected to pay for internet use ($9.80 per day) and parking ($12 per day). The condition of the rooms were excellent! I could not compare this with anything else since the rooms were really awesome! The staff was not very friendly but i could manage with that :(. "Convenient Stay"
My client had a flight out at 5:00 a.m. so I booked two rooms here. Very convenient shuttle service to the airport and the valet on duty directed my to a nearby garage where I parked overnight for free (and avoided the onsite fee of $12). "Nice Stay, Convenient Location"
Had a nice stay at the Sheraton O'hare. The receptionists were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The decor was modern and had a cozy, contemporary feel. We stayed on the 6th floor and watched airplanes prepare for landing. Also watched a hug melee of teenagers […] gathered across the street at McDonalds. Was this a typical Saturday nite for kids in the area? Only cons were 1) we were stuck in the elevator nearest to the check-in lobby for appx. 2 minutes, door would not open, but the maintenance guy was johnny on the spot! and 2) housekeeping "overlooked" our bathroom. The towels were replaced but the sink, counter and tub had not been touched. Luckily another housekeeper was a few doors down and came back to clean it. "Super convenient!"
Loved this hotel! A couple of friends and I stayed here before flying out of O'Hare to Costa Rica. Our flight was at 5:30a and we were able to take the 4am shuttle and had plenty of time. "Great, Great Stay!!"
I thought my stay was fantastic. Lovely hotel.Right down the street from Allstate Arena!! So close which is where I was going so I loved that. Beds were comfy!! It was a spacious suite with two flat screen TVs. The staff was great too. My only problem was when I asked about the parking - the lady didn't tell me to VALIDATE my ticket because I was staying […] 2 nights. So I had to pay leaving and I thought to myself like I have to pay every time to leave, but that wasn't the case and the guy on duty at night was great and helpful and only charged me one night. "call them for shuttle service"
I wish the description would have included that they did have shuttle service from the airport, we arrived past midnight and assume they didn't have it, so we ended up paying for taxi. "Very Good as Recently Remodeled"
I travel for business alot so dont spend time on reviews, but this was such a pleasant surprise it merited a heads-up for all you who consider this facility. It was completely remodeled last year so it really is brand new. The rooms and amenities are in great shape, decor good, quiet (no airport or road noise) and very nice gym. didnt eat there. The hotel was clean and I really enjoyed the front desk service. The hydraulic elevators however were slow, the doors did not function or open properly and there was a couple of large bumps on the center elevator. "So-So experience"
Good: Front desk clerk very friendly at check in Room very spacious and clean Complimentary lounge was a nice touch (free snacks and drinks) Not so good: Tv in living room didn't get all the channels...could have been the snow storm and I don't know if staff could have intervened by clearing snow off the satellite dish or not TV in bed room didn't […] work at all. Maybe dead batteries in remote? I was given incorrect information about availability of shuttle driver for 4:15 am trip to airport. Receptionist couldn't figure out how to give me a statement of charges becuase I had booked through Expedia. Not a bad experience..but a few things could use attention. "Excellent quick stay"
Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff quickly accommodated our need to check in early after a a long day of air travel due to a layover.I only wish the overseas rep at hotels.com was as easy to understand(India);So much for offshoring!Aito Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu

"Very decent hotel"
Newly renovated hotel is nice. Fantastic bed and bedding! There were some things missing in my room- stirrers for coffee, pen for writing. I did not like room service- it was prompt and food was ok, but the glasses were dirty. Breakfast was decent. Their shuttle to the airport is every 20 min, which is convenient. "Great place to stay while visiting Rosemont"
The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable .. beautiful interior and very large. Not what we expected ... We go to Rosemont every year to visit friends, and we will be sure to book this hotel again..Aito Expedian asiakkaan arvostelu

"Very nice, but..."
This is a very nice property. It appears to have been renovated within recent years, but does show a few signs of wear. Due to overall age, that isn't a surprise. The restaurant/bar is really nice and their service is excellent. The front desk staff is exceptional. The problem is the shuttle service. Had to wait 45 minutes at the airport and call twice […] to get picked up. This was around 11:30 pm. Very frustrating. Also, the A/C in the room did not function properly. It was very warm when I arrived and the temperature never came down to a comfortable level. It was only 30 degrees outside so can't blame it on the weather. Overall, I would recommend the property due to value, but expect to use a cab service for reliability. Factor that into the price. And if you don't like a warm room, you may be disappointed.
