Viimeisen yön hotellikokemus oli erikoinen. Illalla osa kanavista katosi televisiosta, aamuyöstä oli kova meteli kun roska-autot (?) liikkuivat alueella, lentokoneet kuuluvat toki äänimaailmaan. Hotellista meni sähköt aamupäivällä. Kaikki tämä voi olla huonoa onnea, palvelu oli ystävällistä. Pimeydessä hotellin alue hiukan kolkko, päivällä kun autot […] ajavat ohi niin elämää riittää. This hotel was not good. The carpets were wet and dirty. Took a shower and walked around for a minute or two and feet were completely black, had to get back in shower. There was a lizard roaming around the room. This hotel definitely needs to be cleaned from top to bottom.

The shuttle from Miami International Airport was very helpful. The main hotel building was very nice. Our room was in building "B" and it was difficult to navigate the walkway at night.

We got a good price on the room and it was reasonably clean and comfortable. My only slight complaint that is that I expected it to be slightly closer to the airport. It's about 15 minutes away. Not a big deal, but...

We stayed at La Quinta on our return from Cuba for one night. The front desk staff were very friendly and a pleasure to interact with - big thanks to both Nancy and Diana for making us feel welcomed/ease of check out. The room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. The only problem we found was that the bathtub stopper did not seal/close properly […] so we were unable to use the bathtub - shower was fine though. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The van service makes regular runs to the Miami airport - I would say that the inside of the van could use some cleaning/detailing though. Hotel was old, repairs were being made to external damages, I.E. paint, broken windows. Concrete staircases were crumbling. Carpet in room needed a deep cleaning. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lobby smelled of pine-scented disinfectant.

Exselent tocation , very good service, friendly, but the carpet of the room need to be clean, need to be wash, pool was realy bad, needed to be clean, full of dry leaves and had a black ring around de pool , water was dirty.

Hotel is decent for a short stay or a trip to the airport. Building is old and is a converted motel (room doors open to outside) that has been updated some. Things were clean but somethings were older. Don't count on breakfast, the area is too small for the number of guests at the hotel, and that made it to hard to get anything. I am very disappointed with the shuttle service.. The first stay we waited one hour for the shuttle. One week later we came back and waited 25 minutes and that was after we called several times. Everyone waiting was very upset. The shuttle itself was dirty and in very poor condition. I was told they only use one van and that runs only once an hour. […] That certainly is not enough for customers coming from the airport from a long and tiring trip. Loved the room tv had the channels we wanted and there were many places to eat nearby. The staff was very friendly didn't have the breakfast there not a wide selection but there was a dennys nearby so it didn't bother me I would love to stay again great job guys great job.

Our airport shuttle never showed up, we waited over an hour and were told REPEATEDLY that it was on the way. The sheets were the only thing in the room that was clean, and the view was of a bunch of old toilets sitting by a dilapidated maintenence shed. We will definitely never stay here again!

Just stayed one night on our way through Miami to Richmond. The hotel was clean, comfortable bed, nice hot shower and walking distance to many restaurants. We unfortunately missed breakfast due to an early flight out. The shuttle was on time and all went well.

Hotel was old and in poor condition. The hotel was not in a great part of town as we heard police bull horns twice during the night. The staff were nice and there was a great Cuban restaurant within walking distance with good food and huge portions for very reasonable prices. The hotel offers spacious comfortable rooms, free wireless Internet, and lots of free parking space. It is also in close proximity to shopping malls. Another advantage is that there are a lot of diners in the block including McDonald's and Subway, so if you like a late night bite, you will find a lot of choices inside the hotel block, and other choices […] within walking distance. There is also a gas station just at the corner. The only drawback is that after 8 am the space for breakfast is crowded, but if u are an early rise, that won't be a problem. The worst part of the stay was the shuttle service to and from airport. The shuttle only runs once an hour and if full you have to wait another hour for next one. They did however book us a taxi to airport because there were 30 people waiting for the shuttle that holds 7 people. The hotel is old and could use some updating.

toilet wasn't working.we had a smoking room.smoke alarm kept going off.window had no screen.no hot water for shower on 2nd morning.no wifi until my guest guest fixed their network which took about an hour .

We were given a room that smelled awful!! It was an odor of urine that had been tried to cover up with cleaner - we could not have stayed in that room! The desk person was nice about changing us to a different room and that room was fine. The hotel shuttle to the airport is only offered once an hour .. I arrived from South America very early and was pleasantly surprised that the shuttle pick up from airport was only a 5 min wait... staff offered me breakfast while they prepared a room for me.... spacious, clean. restaurants, small shops very close.... only downside for those staying longer would be the location of shopping centres.

Our room was very neat and clean, the grounds were trash free but an employee was picking up outside anyway. The front desk went out their way to my party. My mother had hurt her knee on our cruise, so they (La Quinta) let us check her in early. We had 2 pillows each, plenty of shampoo/soap. They supplied us with a map and directions. They went out of their way to accommodate us. My mother injured her knee on our cruise and even though we arrived prior to check in time (Daniel) at the front desk allowed us to check her in early. All the staff were attentive and gracious. The rooms (2) were clean and comfortable. The room carpet is very dirty so dont walk around bare feet. Breakfast area is very very small, so prepare to eat standing up unless you are lucky and find a chair. Internet is very slow and service goes out a couple of hours a day. If want to be near the hotel is is a good and cheap choice.
