"Almost perfect"
Love the cookies, loved the lobby, loved the name brand coffee/soaps, etc. I like to feel special and they certainly did that. Very clean, very nice. Beds a little uncomfortable. :(

"What Can I Say..."
This Doubletree Hotel lives up to its reputation. I was very pleased with the service at the front desk, cleanliness of my room and proximity to the highway. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends as well as stay here again. Houlihans restaurant, which is attached, was an added bonus.

"Very Nice Hotel"
Hotel was very nice. Would have liked adjoining rooms, but the desk clerk said she wasn't sure which rooms adjoined and which didn't which we thought was very weird. But, we stayed there Christmas Eve and it was very nice. Free breakfast on Christmas Morning as well.

Very nice & clean . would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. We had to bring or cooler in. Other than that it was very nice.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Hotel is easily accessible to Interstate 44. Newly remodeled lobby area with comfortable furnishings. Only complaint we had with our stay was an extremely soft bed with extremely soft pillows. Outside of that issue, really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always been very satisfied. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this particular DoubleTree and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very clean, the bedding is so comfortable, and I LOVE the bathrooms! We had 4 people in our room, and each of us had a hot shower in the morning. Never ran out of warm water like many other hotels.

"DoubleTree Hotel - Springfield Missouri"
The hotel was very clean and all together up to date and comfortable but there were several issues that made the stay inconvenient. The keyless door lock to the room kept failing. The key card had to be reset each time before entering back into the room. This was annoying for I had to wait in line each time at the recept desk in lobby to get the card […] reset. The room had plumbing issues. The water in tub wouldn't drain while showering. We had to stand in each other's shower water. "Dependability Plus"
Thanks so much for making the annual family reunion a pleasant trip to Springfield! We had everything we need and then some. The boys especially enjoyed the warm cookies upon our arrival!
"We didn't want to leave."
The family and I didn't want to leave. Very comfortable over all and not too pricey. For some reason we didn't have a comforter on one of our beds and had to call for one and they brought one up - the a/c was really cold as my husband likes it. The pool and whirlpool were perfect. We can't wait to go back.

The room had a very nice decor and was clean for the most part. The toilet wasn't completely clean and I had to clean some of it myself. The small queen beds would have been perfect for one person but not so much for two. The pool was somewhat of a disappointment as I would have preferred a larger outdoor "half." The price was good.

I was walking to my room when I tripped on a piece of marble that was not flush with the other part of the floor, I fell flat to the floor (which was witnessed by sever other guests) cutting my left knee and injuring my right ring finger which still has deposits of blood under the nail, my knee was bleeding. The people attending the desk when told of […] this acted like well you should not have been walking there,I ask for the corporate address and was given the managers business card, they were very indifferent toward me. "Great Hotel"
Very impressed with this hotel. very modern, clean and comfortable. My wife stayed with our 1 year old. they never came up with the crib, which was a hassle, but i think there was a family reunion and there where a bunch of kids, so I'm guessing they ran out. Compared to other hotels, this is top notch in terms of comfort and cleanliness>

Loved the hotel, everything was top notch. Very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly. Awesome location. From now on this is the only hotel in Springfield we'll be staying in. Overall a great place to stay. Price was pretty good too!!!
