I can't believe how run down the Ramada has become...it's apparent everywhere you look...no longer the upscale hotel it once was...not just this one...the second one we have stayed at that was run down. Also, our heater in our room wouldn't shut off. There was a sign on our air conditioner that it won't work. Everything was pretty good. Missed having a fridge in our room for cold drinks, and no coffee or anything in the lobby. We also hit a weekend with lots and lots of young families, which made evenings very noisy with yelling and running in the hallways, and the pool was filled with kids, which is fine, but we were hoping to have a bit more of a quiet […] and restful weekend away. Loud and inconvenient. Ppl playing dice till after midnight by the pool. Ppl in the pool and talking loudly at 6am. Soda machine didn't work. I overall just not worth half of what I paid.

We have chosen this hotel 2 years in a row for our Easter stay, because they have a very large pool area and the hot tub is attached to the big pool which is really cool! If you are looking for cheap accommodation this is the spot for you, if u want a nice room with a comfy bed, skip this place. The only thing my kids liked was the pool. Beds were hard and the rooms are in need of an upgrade

if you plan on going to bed early don't get a room with a view of the pool (about half of the rooms there) i had a lot of noise come through my room... as if i had the window open! if i was to stay there again i will ask for a room along the exterior

Our room was clean but nothing special. The hotel as a whole seemed kind of run down. Breakfast is also not included which was a bummer.

I was impressed with my room. Very clean, the amenities were great. The only complaint I have is that my room was next to the housekeeping area (their laundry room). The staff talked loudly/listened to music loudly from 6:00am until I checked out. I am all for staff having fun, but I was tired.

It was ok. The bed was comfy enough. Pillows were really fluffy. We didn't use the pool so I can't speak for that. The shower was one that you could take off the adjustable hook. This is a great hotel if you wish to get on a flight from Grand Forks. Parking at the hotel is free and they drive you to the airport and pick you up. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is aging but it is a nice play to stay.

While our stay was relatively pleasant and comfortable, this was mainly due to the fact that we did not spend much time in the room. Beds were reasonably comfortable but the room was dated, carpets dirty and lighting/ambiance lacking. Had this been anything more than a recreational trip, I would have been quite disappointed. The front desk people were great. The hot tub was great. The exercise room needs equipment and ambiance. Possibiities for a great stay - breakfast with the room rather than discount would have been preferred. We have stayed twice this year and would stay again....would be nice with upgraded exercise room and breakfast included.

I was very disappointed that upon arrival, in order for us to go in the lounge, we would have to pay a cover charge because there was a comedian performing that night. Don't you think that could be part of the cost of staying there? Overall, the hotel is in dire need of renovations.

We really enjoyed our stay! But first as we entered the side entrance, it really smelled bad. Then we entered the hallway and it really smelled like smoke, and was really dingy and dark looking. I was scared to walk into our room, but to our delight it looked like new. It was very nice! We really like the pool area as well. The hottub is attached to […] the main pool which is really nice. You don't have to get out of the pool to get into the hot tub. The pool water is nice and warm too. You can just walk right in. So... Our room was comfortable. Only problem was the noise in the middle of the night coming from the pool area between 1am to 3am. Finally called the front desk to inform them that people were drinking and talking to loud. Other than that, eveything else was fine. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great.

Nothing special. A little drab but if all you want is a place to sleep then you're good to go. As we intended to stay four nights, we ended up staying only two. Graciously our money was refunded with very little effort. Greatly appreciated the cooperation with Ramada and hotels.com and highly reccomend both companys services

Clearly the management is struggling with the aging plant. I would stay again because the hotel is well run . The issue is the age of the decor. It needs a total reno but it is comfortable, very well staffed because they are (apparently) reducing the room rates because of the decor and because of that, a bit of a bargain.
