Huoneissa on työpöydät, ergonomiset tuolit ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja.

"Great hotel close to everything"
If you are visiting Mayo Clinic, this is a very nice and convenient hotel - 3 min walk to Mayo. A very nice hotel!

If you travel destination is Mayo Clinic, you are right there. A very nice hotel - however, it was fully booked and we got the rooms after 3 pm.

"DoubleTree"
My wife and I stayed at the DoubleTree over the 4th of July weekend. We really like this location and give it a 4 overall rating. The two dissapointments were relatively minor. One, the carpet in the hallway directly behind the large conference room/wedding reception area was disgusting with many stains. If this is under the jurisdiction of the skyway, […] get with them and get it fixed...it is a bad impression of your cleanliness. Two, the hotel asks the guests to leave a small card on your bed if you want your linens changed. This did occur on the first day, but on day two, even with the cards placed on the bed, the linen was not changed and the beds were simply remade. Lisätietoja

The Double Tree is a terrific hotel. The diningt in the lobby is superb. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The location is super with great dining within walking distance.

The service from the people at the front desk and others was outstanding. Business center had 5-6 computers in it, plenty for everyone. Gave me some free toiletries when my flight was cancelled. Did I say extremely friendly!

"Service At Its Best"
The Doubletree Hotel in Rocehester, MN is a great treasure. Great experience. An absolute gem. The service level was exceptional from the front desk to the bellman. The restaurant was equally exceptional. We will be back.

"Nice hotel but ...."
As a Hilton Honors member I typically stay at Hilton properties as there is a level of expectation that continues to be met. Most Hiltons (with the exception of Hampton Inns) charge for Internet. The Rochester Doubletree was no exception to that rule. I also had to pay $12 to park in the parking ramp which was a little disappointing considering there […] are other 3.5 star properties downtown Rochester that include parking with their room rate. The room rate in itself was also on the high side but I was seeking a comfortable bed and that The Doubletree delivered on. What was the big suprise (and not in a good way) was the room they checked us into had a uncleaned bathroom with trash in the can, used soap and towels on the vanity etc etc. The in room refrigerator still had beverages in it. I had to call the front desk first to check to see if anyone else still was occupying the room! They very quickly sent housekeeping to take care of the problem and they arrived in less than 5 minutes and issue was resolved. Because of this I was satisfied with the outcome. We did order lunch via roomservice which was not the greatest and VERY expensive. A cup of soup, an appetitizer, a sandwich and a personal size pizza was $70! This property basically met expectations but didn't exceed them as I hoped they would. I rated this property a 3 due to the cleanliness of the room, the parking charges, and the expensive room service. The pros one could expect to get with this hotels is a very comfortable bed, completely enclosed access to the Mayo Clinic (which is one of the reasons we stayed there), very friendly and professional front desk staff, and a perk was complimentary Town Car transportation within the downtown area. This is a completely non smoking hotel and the smoking area was just outside the side door and notably with a bench which for the still rare smoker out there is a nice consolation to having to go outside in the first place. "Wonderful room!"
Luxurious bedding, mini-fridge, microwave, nice-sized roon, and a desk with Internet - all wonderful! Spotless, too! Beautiful bathroom with granite counter, extra-large shower (but no tub.) They have a 24-hr. "gift shop" that has small toys, books, aspirin, etc. Nice sign in room that complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, etc... was available. Very […] nice! They are still remodeling the hallways - upgrading the carpet, etc, so there's a touch of dust going on. Excellent hotel. Very clean room, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. The executive level is a great way to go - it is a secure floor and offers a happy hour and breakfast.

"DoubleTree Rochester"
A great hotel, reasonably priced for what you get. Connected to Mayo Clinic by skyway and subway. The restaurant serves excellent food. If you are on an executive floor, you get a pretty good free breakfast.
