A MAJOR selling point for me is the hotels hot tub. I called twice to confirm that there was a hot tub that sat at least 8 people before booking. I've had experience before where I thought there was going to be a tub-but there was only a pool. The icon groups them together when you book. The hot tub was NOT up to par. It was a plastic eight seater but […] the jets were pretty much non-existent. The pool and hot tub smelled SO strongly of chlorine it was obvious they were not clean. The smell was so strong we only stayed in a few minutes. Our hotel room was next to the laundry room--it was a bummer that we were stuck in that room because we got a discounted rate. The room had good bathroom supplies and the decor was nice. I had to request some items that weren't restocked (bathrobe and tea) The beds fitted sheet was not properly fitted and kept sliding off all night which interrupted the comfort of the bed and was a hassle. There were also 2 weddings going on that kind of dominated things. The hotel restaurant was ok but on the pricey side, the food was good. "It is a Marriott" was what went through my head so it must be good. It is certainly in a good location for my needs. The staff was great. There were three things that bothered me though. First, the shower stall was around 6'7" which in marginal for anyone over 6'3". The shower head was a rain shower with little pressure so that experience was less […] than thrilling. The bed was very soft to the point that it felt worn out. I had a hard time laying on my side facing away from the middle because the slope of the mattress rolled me back to the middle. Lastly, we dined in the rome one night. The bill was more than $60 for a salad, pizza, a glass of wine and a beer. It felt like we were paying quite a price for a very simple meal. I booked an Executive Room at a slightly higher rate than a base level room. Upon arrival, the staff were quite nice, but they gave me a room in the basement of the hotel. The room smelled of dampness and had a ceiling that was just a shade under 8 feet. Good thing I was alone, staying only one night and had no real expectation of quality from the  […] room. Very convenient when staying overnight and needing a good night's sleep. Rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. Restaurant was good. My room rate included breakfast which was excellent. Shuttle service very organized and staff was accomodating and courteous

Seems every room has low flow toilets. I know that sounds strange, but really - must you have to flush twice? And really - must you charge for High Speed Internet access?

The hotel is in the perfect location. Right across the bridge from the airport. The hotel staff was excellent, especially Jessica. I got lost on the way to the hotel. I was about 30 minutes away and she walk me through every step to get there. The room and service was really a value. The bed was extraordinary.

The blankets were either dirty or stained. (white) The staff was nice. The internet was extremely slow but i was not charged for it so maybe i did not set it up correctly.

This hotel is a basic airport hotel. The beds are comfortable with good linens. The walls are thin and you hear a lot of hallway and room noise (the slamming doors were quite bad).

We expected quick shuttle service due to location at the airport, but had to stand in the cold@ 45 minutes and had to call 3 times before the shuttle was actually sent, even though the airport was closing and we were the only people waiting since others were already picked up for hotels much further away.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport - which is what we were looking for. It is very clean and the staff does a wonderful job. We felt that the restaurant was expensive and the food was not not up to par with the prices. While our room was clean and comfortable, it was very small and so was the bathroom.

Nice hotel BUT we checked in very late and our room had no running water. Had to move to a different room on the bottom floor at 3am. The room was SUPER humid, the sheets felt wet & it was very uncomfortable to sleep. If you decide to book here, make sure you don't stay on the bottom floor!!

yes, I like the location and services. Way better than waiting in terminals knowing no where to go.

Nice to be close to the airport and the shuttle takes you directly to the airport.

I love your hotel. the rooms are great and the service was also. I love the indoor pool and being able to walk out and loolk out at the water. its very peaceful and quite. Pricing was also great.

It is always easy to find fault with something, but with this hotel stay, there is only positives. The entire staff acted as though they enjoyed serving the public! What a concept! The pool, exercise room, dining room and hotel room all offered relaxing moments. The lake atmosphere was a nice touch as well.

I couldn't believe the price for the hotel rating! The bed was extremely comfortable, the complimentary toiletries were Bath and Body Works in my favorite scent, they had bathrobes available too. And the coffee maker made individual cups instead of making a pot then having to clean it later. Overall, the hotel was wonderful.

The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in my entire summer of travel. The Room Service dinner that I had on Tuesday evening was outstanding. The crab cake was better that those I recently had in Boston and the Key Lime Pie put the Florida pie to shame.

I was worried we would hear a lot of airplane noise because of the airport, but we did not, we will definitely stay there again when flying from KC.

We stayed at this hotel because it was offering a special. The location is right at the airport, but you don't hear any noise of the planes. The room was nice and comfortable. Pool was clean. Exercise room was well equipped and clean. There were plenty of restaurants located within 5 minutes of the hotel. We would definately go back!
