Hotellissa Hilton Houston - Post Oak on ulkouima-allas ja 24 tunnin kuntoilukeskus. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus auki aina, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukikeskus. Majoitusliikkeen (liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola, kahvila ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: hääpalvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut ja liiketoimintapalvelut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: concierge-tiski, kielitaitoinen henkilökunta ja lahjaliikkeet / lehtikojut.Vieraille on tarjolla seuraavia huonehintaan sisältyviä kuljetuspalveluita: alueellinen bussikuljetus (maksimietäisyys 3 mailia) ja kuljetus ostoskeskukseen.

Huoneissa on parvekkeet. Hilton Houston - Post Oakn 448 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja minibaari. Televisioissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat, videopelikonsoli ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on tallelokerot, ilmainen sanomalehti ja puhelin, useita linjoja sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Huoneissa on langaton Internet-yhteys. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku/amme-yhdistelmä, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja hiustenkuivaaja. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja turndown-palvelu. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. Kaikki hotellin Hilton Houston - Post Oak vierashuoneet ovat savuttomia.

Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

Everything was great, but entry light was burned out and the bed was a little uncomfortable. The location was outstanding as was the service.

We had to call to get a new room because the people above us were smoking something that wasn't too pleasant. My kids who were in bed were exposed... I am none too happy.

Loud people at the pool after hours. They were allowed to stay an hour and a half after pool was closed., even after calling (3) times! Carpet in halls ways were very dirty. Toilets in room were not clean. I had to push bell cart myself to my room with not staff member offering to help. Same for checking out. "Needs maintenance"
I have stayed in many Hiltons. This one in the Houston Galleria area is below average. Many features in the hotel have been recently updated to the new Hilton style, but there were a disturbing number of maintenance items, so there was a mix of brand new and old and worn. The lobby carpet was very worn and stained. I took enough trips in the elevator […] with an abandoned luggage cart that I finally hauled it out to the valet station myself. The room privacy lock was very loose, with the screws almost falling out. There were quite a few marks on the room walls and the thin outer window curtains were shredded. The maid forgot to give us washclothes, and the bathroom mirror light was burned out. The parking gate in the garage will come down on your car if you are following another car too closely. We had a late checkout, but the maid was a real pest of checking every half hour whether we were gone. The hotel allowed me to push out my stay one business day. We could not get into Houston due to inclement weather. I had to be in Houston for my mother's stay at the cancer hospital and it was my wife's birthday. I decided to put my family into this hotel so they could have fun at The Galleria Mall while I tend to my business. It worked out perfectly […] for us. We were staying overnight during a conference, and the room was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We want to go when we can enjoy the surroundings and have more time to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location was great. The hotel let us check in at 1pm as we had just arrived into town. We used the valet service for our car and worth the $25 bucks a day! The car was out front and waiting when we needed it. I called down for 3 more towels and they were at my door within 10 minutes of calling. I will absolutely stay here again! "Excellent Apple Pie in Houston!!"
My husband and I had a nice weekend at the Hilton Galleria in Houston and we both agree that the best part was the Apple Pie Ala Mode we shared in the lounge Saturday evening. It was the BEST apple pie we ever had...bar none. A lovely hotel even though a wedding party with many little kids running down the halls on our floor caused some unrest. "What a disappointment..."
This hotel was such a disappointment! The room was very BORING and had no personality at all. I have stayed at this property before when it was a Doubletree and think it honestly was nicer then! I was really expecting for the room to be very plush and cozy as the rooms are large but instead the room felt very EMPTY! Furniture was cheap looking and just […] not up to the quality another hotel down the street is for a a lower price. These rooms need some work!! As for the service...never even saw anyone after checking in that spoke to me except the Valet, no doorman, no greeter, nothing...not 4 star quality service either. Two of the four elevators were inoperable the entire weekend. To make matters worse, there was a beauty pageant on the same weekend I visited, and the girls held the elevators captive! We were unable to use the staris because of the alarm.
