"The hotel lobby is a little beat"
Hotel staff is friendly, the sea view room is nice & clean, but the lobby & gym room is a little beat, no free wifi , it is disappointing
"Can't be faulted"
Noi hesitation to recommend this hotel. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, boats to all local islands. Ask for sea facing room as this gives you a perfect view of the amazing daily sunsets.
"Best city hotel in KK"
Hyatt Regency is certainty the best hotel located in the city center. If you are in KK for business this will be a good hotel to stay. For leisure, there are other better options resort hotels that are located away from the city center.
"Central and friendly"
I stay fairly regularly here. This stay was slightly below standard - I paid for a sea view room, which it was - but it was on the 8th floor, and so the window wasn't the usual floor to ceiling one, but a high half window built over the roof of the dining room. The room was quite dark, and obviously hadn't been refurbished recently as many of their […] other rooms have. If you want a sea view room, ask for one on the 2nd to 5th floors, or above the 9th floor. "The Hotel Haytt Regency in Kota Kinabalu"
the receptionist is not helpful enough and i have to wait till 3 to check in. The hotel does not have gym room, however the staff in restaurant are good.
"Excellent for post Mt Kinabalu recovery"
Hotel well located for the sea front and food and drink venues; Bedroom very comfortable and contemporary, with great views of the sea and nearby islands; Pool and spa excellent for relaxing tired limbs; and Breakfast buffet offered decent, good quantity, selection.
"Stunning Room, not so impressed with KK"
The rooms are stunning. However unfortunately the view of central Kota Kinabalu was not as good. (We were not given a sea view.) The buffet breakfast was expensive and not as good as some other hotels in Borneo. Pool was nice but very busy when we visited. "Great room/bed/facilities/breakfast"
very helpful concierge, rooms is new and clean. bathroom is state of the art with a rain shower head. The bed (and the bedding)is the best I've ever slept on. The buffet breakfast would suit everyone, with wide selections of Chinese/Malay/western style food freshly made by chefs

酒店设施不错,装修很新,地点也很方便,只是市区的酒店都没有海滩,如果度假的话建议还是住郊区带沙滩的酒店好些
"方便舒适的酒店"
酒店位置好！到市场和码头都很方便，服务也不错。 要改进的地方：1，网络要收费。2，我们住了3个 晚上，房费已经早就通过hotels付过了，check-in的时候居然用我的信用卡刷了2500MR做消费押金，我们在吉隆坡商贸饭店3个晚上刷押金只有600MR,HAYTT太离谱了！
"친절한 하얏트~"
위치상으로 시내에위치하고있어 시내로의 접근성은 아주 좋지만 리조트형의 숙소는 아닙니다. 하지만 객실 리노베이션을 마쳐서 객실 상태는 아주 훌륭하구 맘에쏙들었습니다.또한 조식도 종류는 많지 않지만 하나하나가 음식다운 느낌으로 기분 좋게먹을수 있었습니다. 그리고 서비스나 직원들의 수준은 아주 좋아요~ 전체적으로 리조트형 호텔로 생각한다면 실망할지 모르지만 그외 개실과 모든 수준은 아주 ㅁㄴ족입니다
"オーシャンビューの部屋"
オーシャンビューで素晴らしい景色の部屋でした。 しかし客室内でつながるはずのWiFiがつながらなかったり、ロビーでもつながらなかった。 ２Fの部屋でしたが、夜は階下の大音量の音楽がうるさかったり、挙句の果てにはオーダーした朝食も運ばれてこなかった。それぞれ苦情を言ったが、あまり満足した対応をしてもらえなかった。 考えられない環境で、せっかくいいホテルに泊まろうと思っていたのにすごく残念でした。
