Hotellissa Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, kuntokeskus ja ulkouima-allas. Langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (lomakylä) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja kokoushuone. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: concierge-palvelut, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kuntokeskus tai -sali, kahvila ja concierge-tiski.Vieraille on tarjolla seuraavia huonehintaan sisältyviä kuljetuspalveluita: lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä pyynnöstä) ja alueellinen bussikuljetus. Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Span 550 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja tallelokerot. Vuoteissa on ylelliset vuodevaatteet, kolme lakanaa ja untuvaselkätuki. Huoneissa on langaton Internet-yhteys. 32-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on kaapelikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat, ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät ja ilmainen sanomalehti. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Huoneissa on jääkaappi, kahvin-/teenkeitin ja pullovesi (sisältyy hintaan). Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja kattotuuletin. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat turndown-palvelu, hieronnat huoneessa ja allergiatestatut vuoteet. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin.

Saavuimme myöhään ja jouduin soittamaan ovessa olevaan puhelinnumeroon. Kaveri toisessa päässä oli ärtyneen oloinen, mutta saimmepa tietää missä huoneemme ja sen avain ovat. Huone oli siisti vaikkakin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Aamulla uima-altaalle joka toimi hienosti ja nyt asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin kohteliasta. Alue, eli Carmel on todella siisti ja hieno. Noin 15 min. kävelymatka Carmelin upeille rannoille.

Mukava pikku hotelli satumaisessa Carmelissa. Alkuun mietitytti huoneen sijainti maan tasossa yhdistettynä heppoisen oloiseen ulko-oveen. Carmel on ilmeisesti kuitenkin niin rauhallinen ympäristö, että mitään ongelmia ei ollut. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä, vastaanotossa kerrottiin oma-aloitteisesti ja auliisti, mitä nähtävää ja tehtävää kaupungissa on yhden yön vierailijalle. Erinomainen aamupala.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

We Had Only Been in Our Rooms For About 10 Min. When A Lady Came to Our Door and said That They Had a Noise Problem From Our Room The Nite Before and They Don't Want That Again That Nite. She Called us by our last name, so she knew that we had just checked in. PROFILING made our weekend disappointing

My only real complaint is that the tiling around the pool is very slippery. People were slipping with and without shoes.

The room was quite nice, however, the hall had a very foul smell. Not sure if it had flooded at some time, but it was very offense. The lobby was very relaxing and welcoming. I would stay again, but not in building 6.

"Happy with booking"
I was very happy with our stay at the Hyatt Monterey. We only stayed one night, but the check in was quick. The room was very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.
the staff in all departments were truly professional and made us feel welcome. Food in maining dining room was fabulous. Room furnishings were abit tired, but bed was comfy. Price/value was spot-on.

it is a clean quiet big resort. we live at the 10th block and it is not very far to the swimming pool. it also include the hot tub and spa. there are also tennis and golf ground. really romance, comfortable, convenient, clean. only 10-15 min drive to the beach and carmel village. good experience!

The hotel is stunning. My only complaint is when I checked in they ckd my reservation. ( I reserved two doubles). They said they only have a king room. We were traveling as a family of five. King does not work. The clerk says that reserving a room with hotels.com does not guarantee a specific room type just a reservation. Only reserving thru the hotel […] itself would we get the room type we requested. Very irritating. However it all worked out because they gave us two roll away beds. "Nice location"
This is a nice hotel with a good location to Monterey's cannery row. We didn't like the resort fee since we were there only one night and didn't get a chance to use the facilities. The walls were too thin as we heard the people above us and whoever walked down the hallway.

"Monterey & Carmel getaway - a great base"
The Hyatt Regency is a great base for touring the area. The location provides easy access to the Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery area. At the same time, you're just off Hwy 1 and can be in Carmel in minutes. I love this hotel because it's uphill from the beach and has a resort atmosphere. Our stay was for only night however the bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. When we ariived there was someone there to open the car door. Very professional I will definately stay there again!!

Lovely outlook onto golf course. A very good restaurant in the complex. A short drive to Cannery Row, Pebble Beach and Carmel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
"Dated facility but rooms are clean and nice"
The location is paramount here...just a quick minute from downtown restaurants and shops and on a couple more minutes to the incredible coast and access points. Right on a golf course if that's your thing. Hotel lobby is nice and clean, however rooms are housed in dated buildings with very inadequate access via lengthy walks to/from elevator and stairs. […] Once in the room you feel like it's clean and nice and very comfortable however. Restaurant was so so...wouldn't spring for the free breakfast or any meals there again...just hop in the car and go elsewhere for meals. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room carpet as well as the carpet in the common walk area once inside the building to my room. Very dirty, soiled and had not seen a vacuum in days.... The TV remote was not working - had it replaced twice. Free Channel selections very poor. Room key dificulty -replaced once, due to door key access slot being […] "dirty" and needed to be cleaned by Maintenance. Cont to have difficulty opening dispite being cleaned. What a mess! "very good!"
Room was very nice. Toilet had not been cleaned completely. Other than that, the location, service, and price was fantastic! We will definetly consider other Hyatt resorts elsewhere because of the quality of our stay here at the Monterey location!
"Hyatt in Monterey"
This hotel was clean and quiet which was a surprise since it is a huge property with conference rooms and dormitory like buildings. The only complaint I have is that we were told they were "pet friendly" which I took to mean that they allowed pets but it really meant that they were able to charge me $75/day fee for my pet! We could not have picked a beter hotel to saty. The room was perfect, clean,confortable, very romantic in every way. Our room overlooked the golf course. We intended to atend the AT&T golf every day during our stay but enjoyed the hotel and played the golf course one day and visited the carmel sites only attending the AA&T one day. "Relaxing Stay"
We had a very relaxing stay at the hotel. It was worth upgrading to a golf course view, especially with a balcony. The location was good because it is not far from downtown and the piers. Also, the highway on and off ramps are only a block away. I did not like the policy of a resort fee though.
Hotel filled up at the last minute. We checked in at night and discovered we had no bath towels when our son was in the shower. The first call to request towels did not get a response. The second call after 30 minutes had a quick response. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. "Door"
It was stressful to stay in a hotel with a broken door (can't close) We wanted to go out but we couldn't because of the door! We had to wait for someone to come and repair the door. Overall the locations and hotel is nice. I think it was just that one door in building #8!
"Not even a 3 star hotel"
The sprawling Hyatt complex is aging in need of maintenance. The door was splintered. It looked like someone unsuccessfully tried to break in. The dresser was cheap--made out of particle board and the drawer was damaged and did not shut properly. The room had not been vacumned or if it was it was very sloppily done. I found popcorn kernnels and candy […] wrappers on the floor. The elevator looked like it had not been vacumned in a while. There was visible dirt and debris on the floor of the elevator. They told us upon check in that the bottled water was complimentary along with the coffee in the hotel room. As we checked out after a brief overnight stay , there was an additional $20 charge. When speaking w/ receptionist, they claim it was for parking & the bottled water. They should never have advertised these "complimentary" items when it's all […] equated into the final charges. "Hyatt --> Quiet and Close By"
Nice and quiet surroundings...Nice restaurant inside. But not on the beach...actually far from it, so don't get disappointed. Don't know why the restroom doesn't have a lock (with small kids this is quite annoying). Didn't like the $20 resort fee that is charged when you leave. "Resort Fee"
I was not pleased staying at a room which door pointed to adjacent street and being charged a resort fee. Had I known the total price, I would have taken other options. The pool and jacuzzi are midget size. The restaurants in the hotel were not adequate to manage the amount of guest. Not a pleasant experience.

This is a visually beautiful hotel, gorgeous lobby, excellent restaurants and food quality, lovely spa, but overall not worth the high cost. If you stay here, don't assume that the room you booked is the room they'll actually put you in upon checkin. Also, ask about the cost of parking - this might make you look elsewhere. Our room was very hot, despite […] how we could supposedly control the thermostat, and the windows were difficult to open. And the TV doesn't come with any movie channels - you have the option to pay through the nose to purchase movies, and there's no channel index to be prepared to spent way too much time channel surfing. "Monterey Hyatt"
This is not our usual venue. But the Monterey Hyatt is to be recommended highly The price is not steep and the front staff were very helpful and sympathetic.
