Ystävällinen henkilökunta, toimiva hotelli hyvä aamiainen. Siisti huone. Pikku miinukset huoneen ollessa moottoritien puolella ja ilmastoinnin meluisuus, mutta miellyttävä kokemus.

Vierailu sujui aivan, kuten piti. Huone oli sellainen kuin luvattiin ja näimme molempina iltoina Disneyn ilotulituksen ikkunasta. Palvelu oli tasokasta ja aulabaarin ruoka hyvää. Edestä pääsee bussilla Disneylandiin, mutta kyllä sinne kävelläkin jaksaa. Yöpyisin mielelläni uudelleen.

Hyvä sijainti Disneylandissä käyntiä varten. Hotelli ja henkilökunta hyvää kolmen tähden perustasoa. Siisti, sängyt OK, aamiainen OK, pysäköintihalli OK, kolmen aamun käyntiin, huoneessa jääkaappi, kahvinkeitin, tallelokero, langaton netti, suihku. Eli kaikki mitä odotettiin oli ja toimi. Useita ruokaravintoloita lähellä, joista The Cheesecake factory paras.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

"1 day business trip"
I was very impressed. I had read negative things about this place but thought is was very clean, impressive and a great value for the price.

It's not the best hotel in the area. However, I consider it very good for the price I paid.
"Close to UC irvine"
The rates were very affordable and the hotel was only 3 miles from our event at UC irvine. The accommodations were really great, and the staff was very helpful. However, we were smoked out by someone next door. Ours was a nonsmoking room but we still were impacted by the unknown smoker. We had the AC on and the windows were closed.

I had a bit of a problem the first night as we were on the sixth floor in the first room next to the elevator and each time someone used the elevator the sound was very loud in our room. However the following morning the front desk change our room to 7th floor and the room was in the middle of the corridor. Face to face service in the front office is […] excellent however one time I can to call the outside hotel line to get through to someone in the front desk as they were not answering the hotel service line. "Just ok"
I was expecting much more from a 3.5 star hotel. The front desk folks were nice and accommodating, but the room was quite a disappointment. Very basic, unattractive, uninviting, and relatively small. The bathtub drain had a bit of rust. Just not great. Oh, and don't be fooled by the Newport Beach address. No beach anywhere in sight. We were treated […] to an ugly view of the John Wayne Airport. I guess for business travelers who don't care about such things, it would be fine. But for those of us who like the special touches and something beyond the basics, look elsewhere. To contrast, we are now staying in a 3 star hotel in the Fountain Valley area. This hotel is a major name in business travel, and the room is beautifully appointed with decorator touches everywhere. "Newport Beach stay"
Hotel was older, but it was only for one night. No nightstand on other side of bed. They need more outlets for charging phones, cameras, etc. Perhaps they need extension cords for this.
Great hotel for the money, very clean and well maintained. A bit off the beach area but short drive.

Great staff, really good room service entrees, nice facility, very convenient location to John Wayne Airport. The terribly uncomfortable beds will prevent me from returning.It would be nice if the television was newer than 1995 (RCA tube-type television).

This was a good place to stay, especially if you have an early flight out of John Wayne airport. You can sleep in a little later as the airport is literally right across the street. "Close to Airport and a walk to Food"
Great hotel for a business trip. Free internet, close walking distance to many restaurants. Room was comfortable; sliding door for fresh air, magnifying mirror in bathroom, good pillows, easy access electrical plugs at desk. Hotel has nice pool and workout room.
Staff is very nice and friendly. Mostly the people on business trips stay here, but it's ok for families too. Super restaurants acrosss the street all around this hotel.

"Excellent facility, very friendly people"
Ive stayed in a lot of hotels around the world... For the price, in the area, this hotel was awesome. Makes me always want to stay at a Radisson.

Your Hotel has an outstanding flavor of service, everyone was extremely interested in delivering customer delight. I issue was in two areas... 1: This property no longer provides Happy Hour foods like cheese and veggies. The last time my wife and I stayed there this was available and now it is no longer. I would now think twice about choosing your location […] next time and 2: The bathtubs do not drain properly and during long shower's neither one of us like standing in shower water. This is an issue and I thought that it was in one room but now it's twice and will be a factor when reviewing for our next long weekend in Newport Beach. The hotel pool was closed due to heater not working. They did offer us to use the Fountain 's 5 star hotel pool and did offer shuttle there. Minimal food in area. Close to Santa Ana airport.

The hotel was clean, well located close food and shopping. The bed was comfortable and the room with a king bed was average sized and okay for 2 people. We did have to request a refrigerator for the room, but the service was great and it arrived in less than 5 minutes. The only downside was the TV channels were lacking in options. A really nice hotel ..the only problem was that their famous sleep number beds did not work .. Room service was fast..the room was clean and nicely maintained. The airport noise was a little noticeable but not overwhelming... but be warned that the tower is apparently newer and in better condition than the other side ...

"Pleasant Hotel"
Needed a hotel close to Newport Beach but without the high price tag. This was perfect. Hotel was very pleasant, quiet and clean. Nothing over the top but then the price was not over the top. Best part of price was free parking and wi-fi. Room was nice and clean. No weird smells that some hotels are famous for. The interior atrium was nice so there […] aren't any creapy dark hallways. Everyone at the Raddison was so polite and accomodating. We had a drink in the bar, ate in the restaurant. The housekeepers, receptionists, everyoe was so nice. A day after we came home, I noticed that I had lost my cell phone. A housekeeper found iit plugged into the wall on the charger. "Not bad, not the best either"
The size of the room was perfect. The balcony window was great and i loved keeping it open to get that nice breeze. The airport was a tad noisy at times but once i closed the door it was never an issue. I also personally liked watching the planes. :P They didnt charge for parking which saved $$$. The bummer was no microwave. The plus was we got a decent […] size fridge on request. Bathroom was nice and well kept. However, 2 of our lights were not working in the room. Vending area was very hot but ice worked and vending machine messed up the sodas with waters. All in all It was a good deal, but can only say MAYBE i'll return. "Extremely noisy"
Between the early morning noise from the nearby airport and the people in the next room (banging the headboard against the wall at 2-4 AM and the slamming of doors in the middle of the night) we got a poor nights rest. Would not stay again.

Everybody was friendly. The place is very clean and accommodating. I normally stay in a hotel and travel for business. This time I drove down their with my youngest daughter to visit my other daughter and newborn granddaughter. The staff was fantastic. Even though it 25 years ago I lived in newport beach and I have gps when I needed. Everyone on the […] staff helped me with directions. Everything I needed they made happen. And it is a non smoking hotel. My son in law went down to get matches so we could barbeque at the beach. And 10 minutes later they gladly brought them up to me. They made me feel like they were happy I was a guest there I will stay again, And soon. I would've never found it without hotels.com. and both companies found a customer for life. Lisätietoja
"Not as Advertised"
Sorry to say that we were disappointed in our stay. It was only for one night (a quick getaway to escape and get close to the beach) but when we arrived, the registration clerk tried to downsize us from a King room to a Queen. They told us they had no Kings available even though thats what we had reserved a week in advance. I refused to take a Queen, […] so they said they would have to "get a King room ready" even though the hotel was not even close to being full. When we came back, after an hour later and not receiving the promised phone call, a different clerk AGAIN tried to downsize us! Again I refused and they "suddenly" had a king available. The rooms balcony faced the airport and it was very loud. To be fair, we did enjoy the jacuzzi, although the pool was too cold to swim in. I would highly recommend the hotel for pleasure, However if you are traveling for bussiness and need in room wireless Internet access, it is very poor. I had to sit on the floor by the door just to get intermitent access. I called their tech team but they were unable to provide a better connection. They said just move around the room with the lap top […] until you get improved reception, that's how I ended up on the floor by the door. The accommodations were excellent in every other way.
