Hotelliin tulleessa pari kuukautta aikaisemmin varattua huonetta ei ollutkaan vapaan. Järjestivät korvaan huonee parissa tunnissa. Respa oli asiallinen ja ystävällinen. The stay was typical of a Sheraton facility. Clean, quality service, good amenities, and close to infrastructure facilities. I could have used a bit more of a personal touch, explaination of amenities, and schedule of meal times. Access was tricky and the amount of road blockage, demolition, and road construction made it difficult to navigate the city […] on foot. The hotel is in a great location and is well presented. The staff were always helpful. It's a $10 diriham ($3) AU cab ride to the shopping malls and if your doing a bus tour there is a stop across the road. Would stay again without hesitation. The only pitfall is there is no free wifi.

Sheraton gave me a good time in Abu Dhabi. The room was very cozy and clean with good facilities. Also the beach area was lovely. The staff in the hotel always smiled when seeing me and made me at home. It's a lovely experience staying with Sheraton!! Thank you for such a great experience!

Nice hotel but had to pay extra to use internet in my room even though I had a Club room. Who cares about free internet in theClub Room, I want it in my room. I'm not going to use Skype in the Club Room. Even 2-3 star hotels in Vietnam have free internet in the room.

Just returned from a week in the Middle East which included a lovely stay at the Sheraton Hottel with my 13 yr old son. Had avery comforatable and pleasant tume there. most important was the sports activities which included pool and beach swimming, table tennis, squash and gym. sited my son so well. 1) Cost of services Price for Visa services - USD520$, while normal price for Touristic Visa is USD75$!!! Written complaint to Starwood was't helpful at all. The Sheraton Abu Dhabi is still a great hotel, always has been. A pity that it is not at the seaside anymore and that it is now having the surround sound of heavy city traffic.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton this January. the staff were very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The highlight was the grand breakfast buffet which was so extensive and we just loved the lovely array of food on offer. My wife has stayed at Yas Island Rennaisance and she says Sheraton breakfast beats Yas by a mile. Good stuff. The hotel is very nice and the room was comfortable,especially the bed.The hotel is very coveniently located on the corniche but it is very difficult to find due to roadworks. This situation is not helped by the Sheraton's complete lack of signposting. You can be virtually right outside the hotel but not know which turning to take as everything is blocked […] off. So if anyone from the Sheraton reads this, I suggest that you put up a few simple signs on the road instead of blaming the roadworks. The beach was also disappointing (better public beaches on the corniche) but the pools and other facilities very good. I would only return to this hotel after the roadworks are complete. Lisätietoja

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, exceptionally comfortable beds and very close to the corniche for morning/evening stroll. Only minor downside was the lack of a view from the beach/pool area as there are now buildings going up on the other side of the lagoon. Beach area and pool facilities still lovely to use though. Would stay again.

Excellent location, five star quality and service as expected, pool is the place to be at 5PM.

Whatch out for hidden extra's that are not included in the price like, internet access, parking etc costing more than the room !!!!!!

The hotel was very clean. I tried the breakfast buffet a single time, while expensive it was excellent. House keeping services were excellent. There are a few local restaurants that you can get a really cheap meal at, the hotel is a bit expensive. The hotel is not in the best area as most of the surrounding area is either old or under construction. […] You can easily access the Corniche by a quick underground tunnel. The bathroom was excellent and the shower was one of the strongest I have ever felt. I was on the 4th floor, and my balcony was small. Enough to stand on but nothing else. This is a nice comfortable hotel in a convenient area of Adu Dhabi. The interior of the property is good, however the exterior is a little dated and seems a little overshadowed by the high rise around it. Our room was clean but was a little small compared to other more modern 5* hotels recently stayed in. This property was clean and the staff was welcoming and efficient. The beach and pool area are very nice. Convieniently located on the corniche with easy access to local highlights.

I stayed one night in this hotel. The room was spacious. The deesign of the table in the room was like an office desk. They have power outlets for all types (European, UK, US etc) of plugs near the desk and the armchair is very comfortable. The bathroom has a nice design with separate tube and shower. The service is excellent and everything is good - the restaurants in particular are outstanding! I cannot find anything in particalur I would like to change about this hotel, it will go down as my best hotel stay so far.

The hotel rooms itself is not more than you would expect for a 5-star hotel. However, the facilities at the hotel is outstanding. Private beach, several pools, several restaurants etc. makes this hotel outstanding.

Had a beautiful 5 days stay at this lovely hotel with litle private beach. Wonderfull breakfast buffet and staff is vwey well trained and so lovely and helpful i want to go back at this hotel one day also the swimming pool aera is nice amybe a litle noise from the constructions that disturbs a little

Nur Baustellen in allen Richtungen vom Hotel. Baustellenlärm und Staub rund um die Uhr, an allen Tagen.

Vi boede i præsidentsuiten på 185 km2 og fik super service. Glade og servicemindede ansatte og god atmosfære. Rigtig god morgenbuffet. Dog kan tapasrestauranten ikke anbefales.

Hotel was erg vriendelijk, het zwembad en de badmeester zeer aardig en zeker ook heel kindvriendelijk. We zouden zeker terug gaan. Het eten was goed echter als kritische eter zie ik liever tenminste 1 italiaan in een italiaans restaurant.... het eten is uitgebreid en veel keus etc maar de smaakbeleving vindt ik echter beperkt. Medioker, trött och lätt förvirrad service, bygge av skyskrapa på baksidan av hotellet, huvudväg i nära anslutning till den lilla sandstranden. Bra frukostbuffé och italiensk restaurang. Poolområdet och gymet helt OK. Satsa på något nyare, modernare hotell!

Hade höga förväntningar eftersom hotellet är 5-stjärnigt med egen strand men blev faktiskt besviken. Anläggningen var dock trevlig med pooler, restauranger och fräscha rum. Trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen men sedan var servicen ganska dålig. Stranden påminde om en stor bassäng eftersom vattnet var inhägnat och inte gav någon trevlig utsikt. Strandstolar […] och handdukar fanns att låna. Det fanns inte så mycket att se och göra i närheten av hotellet utan man fick åka till någon shoppingmall om man ville handla och äta. Lisätietoja

Aan voor en achterzijde van het hotel vinden volop constructie activiteiten plaats. Het hotel is nagenoeg niet bereikbaar. en aan de strandzijde wordt ook volop gebouwd de bouwkranen draaien om je oren. Wij noemen het dan ook de Sheraton Construction Yard in plaats van hotel. De werkzaaamheden beginnen s´morgens rond zes uur en eidigen pas laat in de […] avond. zes en half dag per week. Je hoort continu de drilboren en de andere constructie activiteieten je wordt er s´morgens wakker van. Hadden we dit geweten dan hadden we dit hotel nooit gekozen. Das Sherton liegt eingangs der Corniche, verkehrsgünstig. Die Veränderungen im Viertel gehen nicht ohne Baulärm und Parklplatzmangel vonstatten.Unbedingt Meerblick buchen!! Wer Großstadt toleriert, kann sogar das Resort nutzen. Der Stadtstrand ist aber wesentlich großzügiger. Meget bra hotell i Abu Dhabi med god beliggenhet... Meget god service, fine restauranter på hotellet, rent og pent, ja stort sett nesten perfekt... Uteområdet med bassenger og poolbar var fantastisk, med meget god service.... eneste minus er små verandaer på rommene, men det er likt på alle rom....

Es besticht durch die zentrale Lage, das sehr gute und reichhaltige Frühstück, die gut gewählte Einrichtung der Zimmer, die Pollanlage ist ausreichend, es gibt sogar einen Kinder- und einen Babypool; ebenfalls einen kleinen Strandabschnitt, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend; Je nachdem wo das Zimmer ist, kann Verkehrslärm […] die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigen ( bei unseren Aufenthalt wurden vor dem Hotel die Straßen aufgerissen ). Manchmal war die Musik am der Poolbar recht laut ( scheint aber vom Publikum abhängig zu sein ) und die Preise an der Poolbar sind nicht gerade billig. Lisätietoja

Jeg og min samboer dro på ferie til Abu Dhabi. Vi var så uheldige og booket ferien under ramadan, men til tross for dette hadde vi en kjempe fin tur. Det aller beste med hotellet er helt klart servicen. Den går langt utover det man forventer. Svømmebassenget og stranden er også veldig fin, og vi tilbrakte lange dager der. Frokost buffeen var fylt med […] mye forskjellig mat, som var veldig godt! Den var ikke så billig, men godt. Pris på mat på hotellet var generelt dyrere enn resten av landet, men sånn er det alltid når man bor på et finere hotell. Jeg anbefaler alle og enhver å dra hit! Nossa estadia, de apenas 3 dias, deixou saudades. Hotel de primeiríssima linha, com pessoal altamente profissional, amável, cordial e prestativo. O quarto, decorado com extremo bom gosto, sem exuberâncias desnecessárias, revelou-se muito funcional. A higiene é um dos pontos fortes. Os cuidados com pequenos detalhes são visíveis. Hotellet är gammalt men väl underhållet. Stora rymliga och mysiga rum, även väldigt rymligt badrum med både dusch och badkar. Poolområdet var väldigt fint, och vi gillade stranden även om man inte direkt kan säga att det var sjöutsikt det var en bro med en vältrafikerad väg 100 meter ut som helt tog bort utsikten. Mycket bra hotell med många restauranger att välja på. Fördelen med hotellrestauranger är att det serverar alkohol i Abu Dhabi. Väldigt serviceinriktad personal, och skönt att få bra service utan att personalen står och väntar på dricks. Var där över nyår och vädret var perfekt, som en varm svensk sommar.
