Erityispisteet: kahvia ja teetä tarjolla koko päivän. Gluteeniton ruokavalio huomioitiin, gluteenitonta leipää jäätiin kaipaamaan. Jääkaappi huoneessa erittäin tarpeelinen ja mukavuustasoa kohottava. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin onnistunut hotellikäynti.

We booked St. Regis because of the good reviews, amenities and location. Overall we were very pleased to all what hotel offered. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: - Superb location. Walking distance everywhere in downtown area, Chinatown(15min), Stanley park(20min), seafront(5min), Granville Island(30min), skytrain to YVR(10min with baggages, this option to YVR is very convenient and cheap. At weekends with fare saver tickets only 2,10) - Great staff, especially the younger man who has studied in Europe (can't remember the name). Very polite and eager to help. - Free WiFi is in my opinion a must nowadays. And in this hotel, it worked smoothly. - Free long distance calls. As we live in Europe this was an excellent bonus to us. - Room (King executive) was nice and kept clean. As we read before the trip, the room might be noisy, if it is located to street, but we found it none distracting. Though our room was in 3rd floor, but still, located to Dunsmuir street. It was somehow nice to be able to watch nightlife from window just before getting to asleep. - Bed was superb excellent! I tend to have bad back, but this bed didn't cause any harm to it, quite opposite. - Checkin and checkout were undetectable. Cons: - No handshower, only shower that was mounted to wall - Breakfast service at weekends. We had four weekend mornings and three of them were lousy. Especially one of them. We got service after 20min waiting, then we got some coffee and juice and made our order. When dishes arrived, they were totally mixed up, we didn't get what we ordered, not even the second try... BUT, place were very crowded, stuff busy and weekdays worked smoothly.

Halusin vain yöpyä pitkän lenneon jälkeen ja palata kentälle aikaisin aamulla. Siihen hotelli on mainio. Erityisen hyvä palvelu aamupalalla heti klo 6:00. Arvostin ilmaisia lentokenttäkuljetuksia ison matkatavarani kanssa. Sain kuljetuksen yksin kentälle aamulla toivomaani aikaan.

"Hotellin sijainti hyvä"
Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla; kävelymatkan päässä ydinkeskustasta. Hotellilta on myös lyhyt matka Roger Areenalle sekä Stanley Parkiin. Alue on mukavan rauhallinen vaikkakin vilkas. Hotellin vastaanotto oli hieman karu ja palvelu tympeää. Huone oli iso ja puhdas, mutta suoraan kahdeksankymmentä luvulta. Kokolattiamatto oli uusittu, mutta remonttijälki […] oli järkyttävä. Myös huoneen oven karmien raoista loisti käytävän valo koko yön. Maisema oli huikea, mutta katumelu kuului 24. kerrokseen aivan kuin olisi toisessa kerroksessa. Lisätietoja

"Nice tower hotel"
I got a very large room with an impressive view (26th floor or so out of 42 total) with decent price. Internet was $8/day, which I don't like, but at least it worked. The first guy at the desk told me to buy a ticket for Internet each day (cumbersome), the second guy sold me one week straight.

Excellent service from blond girl at front desk, unfortunately only 1 in 4 people I dealt with wore a name tag so I don't know her name. The male morning clerk who did wear a tag liked the excuse "that's our policy" and "that's the rate I can give you" when I extended my stay 5 more nights (from original 8 booked online. I booked on hotels.com and used […] a pre-paid credit card. When I checked in I had to pay for the deposit in cash because they wouldn't accept the same card (no name on the front of it) and the same with my extension of my stay. Neither their website nor hotels.com said pre-paid Mastercard/Visa are not accepted at the hotel. First room was great view of city but guests next door decided 4am was a good time to party. I called the front desk, security responded in 2 mins. At 830am the smoking and drinking started again (balconies are apparently smoking areas) so I requested a room change, they moved me and the rest of my stay was peaceful. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Denman with over 125 restaurants, a grocery store and many other services. The city has an excellent transit system, even so I found myself walking to Gastown, Chinatown and Stanley Park (only 10 mins walk) from the hotel. "Good price, good location"
The hotel is well located, great neighborhood. It needs some serious maintenance and renewal of some things. Overall staff was very helpful and efficient. Not the best hotel I've ever stayed at but certainly good for the price.

"great location"
The location of this hotel is great if you want to be close to downtown, the hotel is older and is showing its age, but the price was right. We were on the 31st floor and the view was great. The front desk staff was courteous and polite. Overall our stay was good
"Clean, affordable, GREAT location"
We had a basic room with one bed. It was small, but had everything you'd expect in a hotel room, and it had a fantastic view of Stanley Park. The room was very clean, and cleaned once a day during our 4 day stay. The only real complaint about the room was that the bed wasn't super comfortable, and the sheets were a little too short and didn't completely […] cover the bed down at the bottom. The location though was amazing!! In downtown, within walking distance of Stanley Park, the West-End shopping, Robson St shopping, Granville Ave, Waterfront station, and pretty much anything else you'd want to do/see. "Convenient downtown location"
My husband attended a conference downtown and I was able to find lots of shopping within walking distance. It was very enjoyable. We enjoyed breakfast in the cloud 9 restaurant...great view and food. Both the parking rates and length of time was reasonable.

We had a great set of rooms, in a location where we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were clean, great views, comfortable!

Parking our vehicle was a tight squeeze just getting into the parkade! We found hair in our bathtub, the bed wasnt overly comfy but it was ok. Found it a nuisance that they lock their ice room up @ 10pm, and the breakfast buffet was over at 10am!! However, front desk people were very friendly, the room was not bad, a good deal for the price we paid. […] It took us half hour to walk to Rogers Arena, a nice walk! "Great Views and Location"
This hotel has a great location near Stanley Park and within walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. There is also a terrific little Japanese grocery store a couple of blocks away. The immediate area seems to cater to Asian tourists and shoppers, but if you go about 3 or 4 blocks South, you get into an upscale shopping district with regular […] stores. The views from the higher floors cannot be beat. We were lucky and got a room on the West side of the 32 floor and the view of the bay was phenomenal. The room itself was clean, but dated. The bed linens were fresh and comfortable (no polyester duvet or anything like that. The chairs, TV and credenza were nice and recently renovated, but the built in cabinets, alarm clock, lamps and closet were definitely old and need to be disposed of. The bathroom was old and definitely needed a refresh. All in all, with the view and location, it was a satisfactory stay for the price. Lisätietoja

I had a unpleasant interaction experience with the person working in the front desk. He was impatient about my questions and was not willing to assign a queen size bed for me and my husband, although the contract said I could choose between a two-bed room or a queen-size bedroom. People were so nice and accomodating, I come back every year. I wish my room had a microwave but we are so close to so much fresh tasty food venues who needed one. MUCH LOVE Vancouver!

"Very Convenient Location"
Not far to walk to the main shopping section of Robson Street and Granville. Walking distance to Stanley Park and the water taxis to Granville Island. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Vancouver is just across the road and there are many other good restaurants close by. "Good location - not much else..."
Hotel was walking distance to everything you could need, however the room was dark and almost grotty. It looks like the carpet hasn't been replaced in 20 years and the beds were hard as a rock! Hotel is fine if you're only going for one night and you're only sleeping in it (as we were) but I wouldn't reccomend for an extended stay or if you have children […] as the floors are so dirty! Also not child-friendly is the shower head, you could have blasted paint off a car with the amount of pressure in that thing! Was a slightly painful experience. "Almost Perfect"
Everything was awesome, room was clean and comfortable with amazing views and superconvenient location. The only thing holding back a perfect review was the snotty service by a couple of the front desk team members. I dealt with 4 over my stay and a couple were really nice, but over the phone a couple were just a lil too high and mighty. Housekeeping […] was awewsome. "Great view, comfy room, good service."
I stayed here for a few days while looking for a place to live in the West End. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was, tons of space and a fantastic view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the location of the hotel is perfect, near Stanley Park yet right on Robson near everything you could want […] to be near. The food in the revolving restaurant isn't the best, but the view makes up for it. Maybe go for coffee and desert after hitting up a fab restaurant in Yaletown. One thing you need to know is this hotel does not have a pool or hot tub, so don't expect one and you won't be disappointed. "Value for the price"
The room was adequate and clean but very dated . . Great views and a 20 minute walk from the convention center . The revolving restaurant upstairs was a suprise, nice views of downtown and the harbor, but the food was very expensive, dinner was good, breakfast not so much
The hotel room was cold - and I am use to a cool bedroom. I made one local phone call for which I was charged $1.12. I think the cost of phone calls should be mentioned to the clients. Otherwise for our one night the hotel was fine. Also paying for parking should be upfront.

"Convenient"
The hotel rooms are a little dated, the bathrooms in particular could use some updating, but the price and convenience compensate for those short-comings.

The hotel room was very small. They could use some new carpeting as well as better shower pressure. The revolving restuarant on the 41st floor was awesome.
