Tämän 3,5-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja AV-laitteet. "great place to stay with your fury friend"
The path behind the hotel makes this a perfect place to stay with your dog. The staff is friendly. Wished we could have experienced more of what the hotel had to offer but our stay was pretty short.

We booked this hotel for Christmas Eve so the kids could get a swim and we could eat breakfast before heading over to our relatives house. The pool was freezing cold. The breakfast was extremely limited in it's selections. I will not stay here again.

We have a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Richmond Park South. The staff (only dealt with front desk and Housekeeping) were awesome. They always had a smile and each were more than happy to help you with whatever you needed. Our room was a King - very clean and comfortable. We had a Roll-away bed for our 6 year old. The hotel is pet friendly with only […] a waiver to sign. No deposits or pet fee's of any kind. I have a 4.0lb Yorkie that comes with me everywhere I go and I cannot tell you how happy the no fee policy makes our family!!! This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and both times it was a pleasant experience. Although there is some paperwork (liability) to fill out regarding keeping a dog in the hotel, I thought it was reasonable considering there was no pet fee. Since it is a very nice hotel, feeling fairly upscale, it makes sense that they want to avoid the type […] of problems I've had when staying at other "Pet-friendly" places. (People allowed their dogs to bark--through open doors!-- defecate and not clean up, etc. There is a nice office park adjacent to the hotel with a lake, walking trails, and ducks. My room was dirty, the trash had not been emptied and there was a huge water stain right above my bed where the ceiling was starting to fall in. The airconditioner sounded like a jet plane. The restaurant was very dated and the food was terrible. Not at all to the level of quality I expect from a Sheraton.

Convenient place to stay outside of the Richmond area. The hotel is clean and the staff was pleasant to deal with. close to the mall. walking distance to a vast selection of retail stores and almost every national chain restaraunt. the pool and spa tub were both very clean, very good fitness center, elipticals,treadmills and dumb bells.locals and staff are friendly.would be nice if the hotel had complimentary coffee, lemonade, or cookies in the lobby

We had booked a Hotels.com last minute special, for a club level room. we were very happy with our stay. The staff was tremendous - very attentive and congenial. We enjoyed the club lounge and are a bit puzzled more people did not use it. The hors d'oeuvres were excellent. One thing we wish they could change would be to heat the pool. "Comfortable room"
This hotel is not necessarily close to Richmond, but it is very nice and clean, as you would expect from a Sheraton. The front desk was super friendly.

"Nice place"
The hotel was inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. The lounge lovely and the restaurant above par. My only complaint: the AC/Heating fan was extremely loud when it came on. Sounded like the North wind blowing throw the room. Otherwise the place was cozy. I already recommended it to others.

I often stay in this hotel-it's centrally located [easy to hop on Powhite Pkwy], reasonably priced, very safe, is on a small man-made/office park lake with geese, has a pool and allows dogs. My dog looves the walkway around the lake and the hotel is very pet friendly. Usually very quietand the bed's always very comfy. Staff is very friendly The only […] negatives: sometimes the shower is not the cleanest - dont know why that area is consistently the prob and they often have problems with the elevators. It's a great place to stay. Very conveniently located. I was not happy with the elevator service. There are only 2 elevators and one kept getting stuck. According to other guests, this has been going on for awhile. there were no steps to use that would not activate alarms. "Good traveling hotel"
I stayed overnight in this hotel as a halfway point in a drive from Florida to Massachusetts. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, and it was relatively easy to access from the highway. The hotel condition was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. I would recommend this for any stay in Richmond!

Dog -pee was not a high-point. Room did not get cleaned until 4pm when there. Bar does not open until 5pm. Forget margharita lunches or mimosas for brunch on Sundays.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. We got a double bed when we requested a king and when we asked the front desk they were rude about it. The room was clean and comfortable though.
