The Hotel was upscale and comfortable. I did resent parking being $32/night which greatly inflates the cost. Also having to pay $14.95 for internet service at any upscale hotel is atrocious. Why should a patron have to sit in the lobby for Internet usage. I liked the location of the hotel and would have appreciated an in room map of attaractions within […] walking distance. This hotel is a bargain! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great views. Right in downtown Atlanta, close to everything. I was amazed by the quality for the price.

Wasn't in the room much. if I were it was very small wasn't adequately cleaned and stocked when we arrived. There was a glass that sat outside of a door for the entire three days of our stay, old microwave sitting on the floor of the ice area. Laid out only robe, there were two guest. Price for the area was affordable. Valet parking a little pricey but the usual rate for the Atlanta area. Very convenient to lots of activities in the area. Several restaurants within walking distance. Only disappointment was the rotating "sundial" restaurant on the top floor was closed until August for renovation. I had been there when I was younger […] and wanted to take my college age children there. Overall, everything was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. My only qualms were regarding the level of customer service I felt like I received (or didn't receive, better yet). I did not feel welcomed when I checked in. Also, once I reached the room, I had to call multiple times to get things sent up to my room. That shouldn't be the case. Also, the hotel is extremely large […] - a little too big and crowded for my liking. I wish the price of a night at the hotel included parking, wireless, and/or breakfast. All those are additional expenses. So it is clean and nice aesthetically, but all these other things made my experience at the Westin less than ideal. So it was just average/good overall. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. However getting to the hotel parking area was a nightmare. We had to park across the street the first night and lug our bags. The next day we were able to find the valet and used that for convenience. It cost too much $32 and the car was only parked maybe 10 hours. Way too high! We never even did an in/out. Busy - most of the staff were all helpful. VERY Over-priced. Wi-Fi not included and additional $22 a day for parking not included in hotel cost. The childrens activities listed on website are no longer available. Clean and comfortable but not worth the price.

What a view! 62nd Floor overlooking the park. Great bed & furnishings. The price is worth the stay. Will return soon. The only part I did not like was the parking. $35 per day for in and out traffic and $22 for 1 time parking. The rooms are VERY small. The main attraction at the hotel was closed. The bathroom is very cramped. The Ramada Inn I stayed at 2 weeks prior in Lakeland, Fl was a much better stay. I would not stay at the Westin again.

Service was terrible. Front desk doesn't know how to answer a phone. Stain on our bed cover. They said they would send house keeping to change and they never did. Remote was sticky. Do not stay here. Upon checking in we waiting an hour to get valet to take our car.

The hotel itself was nice and my husband and I loved the view we had. But we barely got any sleep because of the A/C. When it turned on it was so loud that we even tried turning it off to try and sleep but the room warmed up too fast. On top of that, the wireless internet was not free. Had another very pleasant stay at the Westin on Peachtree in Atlanta. Beds are very comfortable, staff was accommodating, view is suburb. my only complaint this time was the Sundial restaurant was under renovation so the observation deck was closed.

One of the main reasons I took my wife to this hotel was to have dinner at the Sundial Restaurant 73 stories in the air. I found out after checking in that it and the observation deck were both closed for remodeling and wouldn't be open for another 2 or 3 months. The view from our 58th room was fantastic! Floor to ceiling and wall to wall glass! Walking distance to many restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very tight parking.

This was a very pleasant hotel stay for my wife and I. Maybe we had low expectations so we wouldn't be disappointed but the hotel itself, the amenities, the service, the view - were all just great. We will definitely be going back!

The only complaint is the 22$ a day parking. Why you have to pay extra to to park at a hotel you are staying at is beyond me. The hotel was amazing and location is perfect especially if you are going to the Aquarium.

We enjoyed our stay, though one downside was that the Sundial, bar, and observation deck are all closed through August for renovations. Kids loved the view from the 55th floor where we saw the sunset, GA Dome, CNN, the airport and Turner Field. Staff was friendly and rooms had just been refurbished and were quite nice.

Had no complaints except that we only got one robe and zero slippers for two people. Our mini bar was empty and Our over the headboard nightlights did not work. Small complaints but warranted for the price of the room. We stayed on the 42nd floor, great view!!!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 8th year Wedding Anniversary and we enjoyed the ambiance and the view. Very Contemporary!

Had an excellent stay-cation birthday celebration for my 10 yo daughter and 3 of her friends. Had 2 adjoinging rooms that were perfectly clean and well furnished, likely refurbished lately. Kids had a great time in the pool and the the trip to Centenial Park, World of Coke and GA Aquarium.

Ice machines on the floor, or adjacent floors, the parking rates and conditions were terrible, check out was long and atrocious. There was some kind of party that went on until 3am, and they allowed it to continue without even acknowledging to go check it out. The so called "Premium Deluxe King Room" was a joke!! This was a great stay in Downtown Atlanta. Very pet friendly, great reception staff, nice parking. Everything was wonderful. There was even a Starbucks in the lobby.

It was a great hotel to stay at with great service. I also enjoyed the restaurant as it is located on the 72nd floor with a complete view of the city...amazing! I can't wait to stay there again.
