Sijainti.
Kaupungin Toronto sydämessä sijaitseva Hilton Toronto, liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli, on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista Four Seasons Centre, Toronton kaupungintalo ja Nathans Philips Square. Lähistöllä ovat myös Metro Toronto kokouskeskus ja CN-torni.
Hotellin palvelut.
Hotellissa Hilton Toronto on uima-allas sisällä, poreallas, sauna ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 4-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja limusiinipalvelu. Vieraspysäköinti (maksullinen) on saatavilla rajoitetusti saapumisjärjestyksessä. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: concierge-palvelut, hääpalvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut ja liiketoimintapalvelut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: uima-allas ulkona kauden mukaan, kahvila ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta.

Hilton Toronton 600 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Televisioissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat, videopelikonsoli ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Huoneissa on nopea Internet-yhteys. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat ja huippuvuodevaatteet. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku/amme-yhdistelmä, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja hiustenkuivaaja. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja turndown-palvelu. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin.

Hotelli sijaitsee aivan North York Centerin kauppakeskuksen ja metroaseman vieressä. Mukava huone, hyvä aamiaispöytä, kodikas kuntosali saunoineen ja pikkuisine uima-altaineen plussaa. Vastapäätä rakennettavan pilvenpiirtäjän työmaa saattaa häiritä herkimpien aamu-unia.

Toronton keskustasta hyvän matkan päässä jos on henkilöautolla liikkeellä. Parkkitilaa on hyvin ja sijainnin kannalta rauhallinen paikka. Aamiainen tarjoillaan EI kertakäyttö astioista joka on ympäristön kannalta hyvä asia ja tietty aamiaisen nauttimisen kannalta. Ainut mikä ei mielestäni sovi aamiaiseen, että esim munakkaasta piti maksaa erikseen, se joko kuuluu hotelli hintaan tai ei. Muuten kokonais vaikutelma hyvä.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

Only in one night to go to the theatre. Enjoyed the stay. Not really very sound proof though. You can hear everything that is happening in the hallway.A lot of security when we came back in for the night. I would book it again though for location and price.

What a wonderful time. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were minuits from everywhere, and had a wonderful time. I would go here again. I loved the indoor/outdoor pool.
It was very good clean and nice. But wow expensive to buy anything for dinner or lunch 22$ for a grilled cheese sandwiches I don't think so

The service was really quick...everything from ordering up a fridge to getting our car from the valet. The hotel is close to everything downtown as well so very convenient.

The room we got was spacious and clean and of course beautiful. Bathroom was stunning and large glass windows which gave the room a warm feel. View wasn't that great because theyre doing construction from where we stayed but overall definetely recommend this hotel and price was fairly reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful and classy hotel. Very clean and comfortable everyone is always nice. Beautiful view of Toronto and would recommend to anyone. Very fair prices and room size was exquisite!

"My misplaced cell phone"
I left my cell behind in the hotel room when I was rushing to the airport. I found out about it after I was in the air. When I called the hotel security, they were able to secure it and send it back to me. I'm very grateful for that. The only disappointment was the shipping cost me $ 100.00. Why is it so expensive?

The service at the hotel reception desk is not satisfactory and professional. The receptionist who helped my check-in was somewhat rude and bureaucratic, the kind of service you cannot expect at a prestigious hotel.

I just got back from a conference in Toronto where I stayed at Hilton. The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly - I was welcomed several times. All my needs were met. Even the waiting staff at Tundra (their restaurant) was nice and efficient. My only complaint is that there should already be free wifi in this day and age. I spent 3 nights in the Hilton Hotel in Toronto. All I can say that it is a great Hotel, in a great location. I was very satisfied with everything except the internet service in the room, which was not free and a little confusing. But after complaining it was straightened out to my satisfaction.

The hotel was as expected very good. Food is great and reasonable in the Tundra restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and bus and rail service, you do not need a car when you visit this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Hilton on Richmond. Originally booked a king room and upon check in it was not a problem to have our room changed to 2 doubles. We were also able to check in early which allowed us to start our shopping early. This hotel is located only a few blocks from the Eatons Centre and many clubs for night time entertainment. We were slightly annoyed that WiFi was not included in the room rate but would not deter us from staying here again. Not very happy here. this was the first hotel I have stayed at in over 5 years where wi-fi was NOT included in the room fee. OK. Whatever. I will pay your fee because I have to do some work. What? The hotel was quiet, extremely well maintained, friendly service. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. I would visit this hotel again, for buisiness stay and for a romantic getaway. It was also a great deal for the quality!

What could have been a bad experience was corrected. We had an extremely loud party on our floor. When I reported the noise I was offered a move and then very shortly the hotel security dealt with the disturbance. The remainder stay at the Hilton was a good experience.
