Hotellissa The Westin Cincinnati on poreallas ja 24 tunnin kuntoilukeskus. Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja AV-laitteet. Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki. The Westin Cincinnatin 456 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat, ylelliset vuodevaatteet, kolme lakanaa ja untuvaselkätuki. Langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen) on käytettävissä. 37-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat, ovat saatavissa. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ergonomiset tuolit ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat ilmainen sanomalehti ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat turndown-palvelu, allergiatestatut vuoteet ja herätyssoitto. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. Kaikki hotellin The Westin Cincinnati vierashuoneet ovat savuttomia.

"great downtown location"
I stayed on at the hotel on a saturday night after having "girls night out" in covington and downtown. The hotel was very clean and the rooms nice. The beds were awesome, so comfortbale! The front desk girl was so very nice and helpful and seemed to really enjoy her job. Excellent place to stay downtown. Only negative was that the breakfast you could […] order through roomservice was ridiculously expensive! 14$ for cherrios coffee and juice? "Elevators..."
The room was nice enough, but the elevator in the underground parking garage wasn't working. We climbed to ground level only to end up in a dark alley, the door locked behind us, so we were on our own to find the front of the hotel. Things happen. "Westin Cincinnati - downtown business district"
Stayed for a weekend get-away. Location is convenient to restaurants and bars. However being in the business district area during the weekend is a bit dead. Overall the hotel is nicely maintain and rooms are cleaned. Fitness center is adequately equipped, however it was disappointing that whirlpool was closed for renovation.

"Good location, but disappointing stay"
The location of the hotel was great and that is why we booked it. Close to everything. However, we got into our room and there were several light bulbs out and barely enough lighting in the bathroom to see. We were exhausted from being in a training since early morning and upon check-in decided to take a short nap before our dinner reservations. That […] was short lived when someone opened our door unexpectedly and then left. We also kept getting phone calls where the caller would hang up on us when we answered. This happed late at night and early the next morning. Also we heard the waiter from room service yelling down the hallway for a good 5-7 minutes to another employee about the basketball game that he had been watching- it was only 7:00 am. "Great stay"
I just got back from a weekend in Cincinnati and I stayed here. It was great! The room was super clean and the employees were very nice and accommodating. I would totally recommend it. Room service is fast and the food is pretty good too.
"Bed linens"
The Beds looked very inviting, but it was like sleeping on sand paper. Every move you made, you could hear the sheets. It was horrible!

Our stay at the Westin was wonderful. The location is right in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, so we enjoyed walking around the city. The hotel lobby was expansive and the cafeteria was very convenient, fast, and had great food. Our room was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there was a $9.99 charge for using WiFi. While we were checking in my wife and I discussed with Julie the frontdesk person that we had originally stayed at the Westin on our wedding night 30 yrs ago. Without us asking she upgraded our room with a wonderful view. She also called the Palamino restarant where we had reservations and told the maitre de to give us a table with a view which he did. GREAT location! Right at fountain square and connected to all popular venues for conferences and events. The room was clean, had a great view, and a comfy bed. This hotel could use some new sound insulation in the hallways and interior walls, but nothing too bad.

This hotel had a great location for the concert we were in town to see but no free wireless? really? and the price of breakfast was wayyyy to high! no room service at all and only a lobby location to buy a very expensive coke. The room was beautiful but the view of an abandon building was disappointing. The cooler in the room did not work but the double shower head really made up for any issues I may have had with the room. I thought that the hotel was in a great location, there was so much to do within walking distance.

If you are taking in an event at one of the sporting arenas this location can't be beat. It is in convenient walking distance to US Bank Arena and Great American Ballpark. We could not have been more pleased with our recent stay. Upon reservations we mentioned that it was our anniversary and if it was possible, we would love a room with a view. They not only upgraded us, the management also sent up a bottle of champagne and strawberries. Everyone was so courteous from the front desk to valet; a highly appreciated experience. "Westin overpriced"
The location was great. Walls were thin as you could hear neighbors when talking in a normal voice. Bed needed new mattress. Staff was great. The wifi and internet was charging 9.99 per day. That was truly outrageous!

It's in the heart of downtown so we were able to walk to lots of great places. Parking wasn't too bad either for keeping your car downtown overnight. Rooms were clean and comfy and the pool/hot tub were fun with some cool views!

From the moment we checked in we were treated with incredible respect and the service did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. We checked in early and checked out late with no problems. Our room had an amazing view of fountain square and the bed was very comfortable. Loved this hotel.

The hotel's location and the view from the the room of fountain Square could not have been more perfect. This is why I chose to pay such a premium price. However, the hotel is too big and impersonal. We had to stand in a line of one to check in while there were 3 people behind the counter and I already paind for my room. We made the mistake of giving […] our 2 bags to the bellhop service. I had to call the front desk to get them delivered so that we could leave our room and enjoy the fest, the whole reason we stayed there. "Nice Hotel, bad elevators"
We stayed at the Westin when we went to Cincinnati to see a Reds game vs the Washington Nationals. This is the closest hotel to the ballpark (Great American Park). We walked instead of driving and it was a very short walk. The hotel was very nice, but the elevators were a ridiculously long wait (sometimes up to 30 min). The problem with them is every […] elevator passenger has to insert their room key into the button panel before pushing the button to have the elevator stop at their floor. People could not figure out how to use it, so there were big backups at the elevator, and there are basically no stairs to use (the hotel has them almost hidden as they apparently dont want customers to use them). the best thing about this hotel was that i went to a reds/braves game and the braves actaully stay at this hotel. it was cool just seeing them all hang out in the lobby and walking around. it is placed well and is close to most everything. bad thing is that you have to pay $15 a night to park or $5 every 8 hrs. room was clean but the bathtub didn't […] want to drain. it backed up instantly and took forever to drain out. you do have a great view of the city if you are up high. overall i enjoyed my stay here and i would stay here again. but i do have to say that my room was not worth the money i paid for it.
