  Price for the room was quite good but we came there with a car and were shocked of the daily price for parking, ridiculous. But we were happy with our room, it was clean and spacious, though not that sound proof. Service was fast and friendly. Concierge answered typical tourist questions politely and kindly helped us to find a restaurant which was open on a holiday. Location of the hotel is excellent. If you want to do shopping, you don´t need to step outside if you don´t want to, it is connected to the Underground shopping mall. Highly recommend hotels all-year- round outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop garden, perfect for relaxing.

  Vietin hotellissa joulun 2012. Sijainti oli loistava, huone pieni mutta siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hieman hostellimainen tunnelma, mutta se ei haitannut yhtään.

  ...they had disposable cutlery and plates, mugs etc for breakfast. Definitely something I wouldn't expect in a Holiday Inn! Not too nice to eat from plastic plates with plastic forks and throw everything away afterwards. Very disappointing. The breakfast itself was average, nothing special but filled the stomach for the morning. Staff in the breakfast area was very friendly but the front desks seemed a bit hesitant to do anything extra - no questions about the confort of the stay, just a nod saying everything's ok with the payment. The location is excellent and the room was huge, so extra points there.

  Kallis, mutta kaikki oli niinkuin pitikin. Hisseistä oli osa huollossa. Consiergeen oli jatkuvasti jonoa. Erillisistä huoneista joutui maksamaan 20CAD lisämaksun, viakka missään ei sitä lukenut.
