  Plussat: Metroasemalle käveli reilussa 5 minuutissa, metromatka Time Squarelle taisi kestää korkeintaan 30min. Hotellin tuloaula oli hieno ja huoneemme viihtyisä. Perushuoneeseen kuului nettiyhteys, TV, silitysrauta ja -lauta, kassakaappi, vaatekaappi, iso lipasto, omat yövalot, hiustenkuivain, siisti amme, toimiva WC. Queen-kokoinen sänky oli tilava, eikä ollut liian kova tai upottava. Lakanat olivat sen verran tahraiset, että käytimme omia. Sänkyluteita ei löytynyt. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. (Pienet) miinukset: huoneen kokolattiamatto oli hieman pölyinen/roskainen, suihkuhuoneen katossa näkyi pintahometta -lähinnä nurkissa, ulkoa kuului metron ääni aika selkeästi (ei haittaa jos käyttää korvatulppia) ja aamiainen oli suppea. Tarjolla ei ollut minkäänlaista lihaa, kasviksia tai kovaa juustoa leivän päälle. Menisin hotelliin kuitenkin uudestaan!

  Small breakfast room, simple breakfast, loud air conditioner. Somewhat far from metro. Otherwise good, clean hotel for the price. Also good neighborhood for the prize.

  Everything was nice though we found a condom wrapper inside the AC. Nice staff.

  All of us were very happy about having selected this hotel for our stay. We (2 adults + 2 children) stayed in 2 queen bed rom including CLUB access. We were happy about having included CLUB upgrade on top of the standard room, it was really worth the extra costs. There had to have been some poor communication between hotels.com and Sheraton since we had to proof several times that we had purchased CLUB ungrade. We experienced the quality of service in Club lounge to change from one extreme to another; The more waitresses in service the lower the service quality. Waitresses were more interested in having a chat between themselves in kitchen room instead of taking care of e.g. bringing more food etc. Even though there were not that many choices to eat, it still met our needs. Subway connections to Manhattan and JFK airport were excellent and several subway stations only 1-2 block away from hotel. So even though the neighbourhood around the hotel is what it is, we never had any problems and we never felt unsafe (we didn't stay out at night time, though). Time to time there was quite long waiting times for elevators; At least on our floor the room service seems to "lock" an elevator for their own usage while cleaning the rooms so probably 1-2 elevators out from 4 altogether were not available for quests during morning / day time because of this reason. Internet access was far too slow, at least in our case close to unusable.

  Hyvä perushotelli. Siivous ja pyyhkeiden vaihto päivittäin, aamiaisella henkilö huolehti koko ajan ruuan riittävyydestä. Miinusta - huoneissa ei ollut paljonkaan tilaa matkalaukuille, aamiaishuoneessa oli erityisesti klo 8-9 välillä aika kova ruuhka ja saattoi joutua odottelemaan istumapaikkaa. Ystävällinen palvelu, laukut sai jättää maksutta päiväksi hotelliin, kun lento lähti vasta illalla. Menisin uudelleen =)

  The hotel was totally fine for the price: clean, quiet rooms, subway close by, nice shops and restaurants two blocks away at 5th Avenue, hearty breakfast. Some cons though: the close neighborhood was a bit rugged. The breakfast was filling but there were no fruit or vegetables. The breakfast room was crowded. One elevator was not enough for a nine-floor hotel. Despite these little problems the hotel is a good deal.
