  I loved the breakfast and rooms were confortable but they were very strick by their rools. no acces to roof even just to see a view without long pants and covered shoos, no accest to roof terrace with even a sleeping baby, no photos from the roof, no acces to own balcony if under aged children tin the same room, etc. Check in took 1,5 hours, not friendly staff at reception at all! They should learn how to smile. The staff in the breakfast was ok!

  Novotel hotels are in the top quartile in four star hotels, I have stayed in couple of them and every time they have been as expected. This one has nice location just front of ploen chit skytrain station. We had the premium room at the top floor of the hotel. Lounge was nice on 24th floor.

  Hotelli oli siisti, palvelu ystävällistä. Hotellinravintolan ruoka ei ollut mielestämme maukasta. Kävelymatkan päässä kauppoja ja tori. Viihtyisä pieni uima-allas ja auringonotto terassi. Lentokenttäkuljetus kuuluu huoneen hintaan. Hyvä hotelli muutamaksi yöksi siirryttäessä seuraavaan kohteeseen.

  Good cityhotel with nice roof-top pool and small sundeck. Room was spacious, however bathroom may be too much for shy bathroom goers, all glass walls with roll-down curtains to give some privacy. room had small balcony, however very small, not really to lounge around. Breakfast was tasty and had planty to choose from. Hotel also has gym and sauna. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definiately consider staying again in futuire trips.
